Student Presidents

Frankie Blincoe-Deval, Student President for Worcester and Malvern

Frankie is currently studying Level 3 Public Services. During his time at Heart of Worcestershire College Frankie has been part of the Student Union Executive Committee as the Environmental Officer. He is a very dedicated student, and has been involved in improving the college over his time here.

In Frankie’s role as the Environmental Officer his main aim was to listen to the student voices ensuring that effective environmental changes could be made to make the college a better place for both staff and students; this included trying to get more water fountains around the college, so that they were more accessible to everyone. One of Frankie’s aims is to get students to collaborate more with each other over the different courses and campuses, and introduce additional awareness campaigns to make the college a more diverse and happier place. When he’s not in the Student Union Base, Frankie spends time in the gym, working with the National Citizenship Service (NCS) and various other organisations and charities including CALM; the Campaign Against Living Miserably, and Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service.

Zoe Wilson, Student President for Redditch and Bromsgrove

Zoe is in her 2nd year of a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social care and her second position within the SU.

Last year Zoe was the Vice President of Education for the SU. In this role she created the SU’s Feedback February event, which aimed to provide students with more of a say in how their SU is run. During her campaign to be President Zoe said “my aim as SU President is to get the SU more integrated into college life. I want people to know they can come to us with concerns or ideas and then see changes that they want.”
