You will learn how to prepare a variety of mouth watering Thai dishes with ingredients such as lemongrass, chilli and a blend of fragrant herbs and spices. Dishes you will prepare include Vegetable and Noodle Soup, Green and Red Thai Curries, Gingered Chicken Skewers and Thai Fish Cakes. The first week will be a demonstration by the tutor. For the following weeks you will need to bring along your own ingredients as advised by the tutor.
