If you have just began your journey within the industry and are passionate about cooking as a career then this is the perfect course for you! We will help you develop the basic key skills required to succeed and progress within a professional kitchen environment.

Our course offers a hands-on approach that balances theory with the practical experience of preparing, cooking and serving food. You will have the opportunity to learn how to cook rice, pasta, poultry, meat, fish and vegetable dishes, as well as preparing basic soups and sauces. You will learn workplace essentials such as health and safety, hygiene and dealing with dietary requirements. In addition to practical training, you will also study a variety of theory topics that will support your development as a chef.
